Yolanda Solis

Weslaco- Yolanda Solis, 65, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 in Donna. Yolanda was born May 9, 1957 to Francisco Garcilazo and Catarina Garcilazo in Prisciliano Delgado, Mexico. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Melesio Solis.

She is survived by her children; Nellie Solis, Juanita Solis and Melesio Solis, Jr; She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren, Ashley Solis, Jose Solis, Natalie Solis, Fabian Solis, Monica M. Garcia, Dominic Garcia, Melanie Rivera, Pablo Rivera, and Allyson G. Solis; her son-in-law, Jose Pablo Solis and daughter-in-law, Claudia Solis. Yolanda was a loving mother, grandmother and faithful friend who will be dearly missed by all her loved ones.

Viewing will be Friday, April 14, 2023 from 11:30am -1:30pm at Serenity Funeral Chapel in Edcouch.
Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
