Viola Rincon

SANTA ROSA - Viola Rincon, 83 passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on January 21, 2025 at her residence in Santa Rosa.

Born on February 5, 1941, Viola spent her life nurturing her family with her love and support, and her spirit will forever remain in our hearts.

A devoted housewife, Viola embraced her role with grace and dedication, creating a warm and welcoming home for her loved ones. She cherished the time spent with family, especially her grandchildren, who brought her immense joy and fulfillment. Her laughter, kindness, and unwavering love left a profound mark on all who knew her.

Viola found joy in the simple things in life, from tending to her vibrant flowers to making warm, buttery tortillas that would fill her home with the comforting aroma of love and care that everyone enjoyed. Her gentle spirit and nurturing nature left a lasting impression on everyone who entered her life.

Viola is preceded in death by her parents Julian and Belia Olivarez Sr., siblings;  Alicia Garza, Nilda Olivarez, Petra Olivarez and Janie Loza.

Left to cherish Viola's memory is her loving husband Guadalupe Rincon; children, Irene Badillo (Juan Badillo), Norma Flores (Gerardo Flores), Guadalupe Rincon Jr (Cynthia), Elizabeth Vela (Juan), and Jimmy Rincon (Margie). She is also survived by her siblings; Julian Olivarez, Albert Olivarez, Alejandro Olivarez, Rafael Olivarez, Francis Torres, Rosalinda Ramirez, Sulema Olivarez, and Lucy Castillo, grandchildren; Michelle Fuentes, Melissa Ledesma (Enrique), Jonathan Olivarez, Celeste Flores, Celina Flores, Jayden Olivarez, Celissa Flores, Romo Flores and 7 great grandchildren.

Family and friends will gather on Sunday, January 26, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Serenity Funeral Chapel in Edcouch. 

 A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 27, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Serenity Funeral Chapel in Edcouch. Interment will follow at Santo Nombre Cemetery in Santa Rosa.

In this time of sorrow, we hold on to the beautiful memories of Viola, whose love will continue to shine brightly in our lives. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May she rest in peace.
