EDCOUCH - Rogelio Rodriguez, Jr. 44, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, April 2, 2025 in Mcallen. Rogelio was born on May 16, 1980 in Weslaco to Rogelio and Margarita Rodriguez, Sr.

Rogelio was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Rogelio was known for his infectious smile and generous spirit. He took great pleasure in spending time with his family and friends, particularly enjoying his favorite pastimes of fishing and barbecuing. Many fond memories were made around the grill, where he showcased his culinary skills and shared stories that brought everyone closer together.

Rogelio is preceded in death by his parents Rogelio and Margartia Rodriguez, Sr and his grandparents Cristobal and Filomena Rodriguez.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Michelle Cruz Evans, children; Ernest Minjarez, Rogelio Rodriguez III, Brittnay Minjarez, Maya Rodriguez, Isabel Minjarez, and Yasmin Rodriguez, siblings; Jamie Rodriguez, Cristobel Rodriguez, Alexsis Rodriguez, Felomena "Mina" Rodriguez and Ricardo Webber. Rogelio also leaves behind 3 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

In this time of sorrow, may we all find comfort in the love that Rogelio shared so freely, and in the treasured memories we will hold close to our hearts forever.
