Ramiro Rodriguez

EDCOUCH/ELSA- Ramiro Rodriguez, 76,  passed away Friday, February 9, 2024 at McAllen Medical Center. Ramiro was born April 7, 1947 to Ramon Rodriguez and Regina Aguilar in La Villa, TX. 

Ramiro is preceded in death by his parents, Ramon Rodriguez and Regina Aguilar; brothers, Ramon Rodriguez, Jr., Jesus Rodriguez; sister, Sofia Ochoa.

Ramiro is survived by his daughters; Nancy (Juan) Rodriguez, Mary Alice Rodriguez (Robert Jones), Dianna Rodriguez (Manuel Gutierrez). 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; his former wife, Rosalinda Nevarez; brother, Juan Corando Rodriguez; sisters, Esperanza Marez and Consuelo Villalon.

Viewing for Ramiro will be Sunday, February 18, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at Serenity Funeral Chapel in Edcouch.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 19, 2024 at Serenity Funeral Chapel in Edcouch. 

Burial will follow to Anahuac Community Cemetery in Edcouch.
