Oralia A. Gonzalez

EDCOUCH- Oralia A. Gonzalez, 74 went to be with the Lord Sunday, July 2, 2023 at Solara Hospital in Harlingen. Oralia was born July 22, 1948 to Miguel and Benjamina Almaguer. She is preceded in death by her husband, Abraham Gonzalez, daughter Lorena Cantu, parents, Miguel and Benjamina Almaguer, and 9 siblings.

Oralia is survived by her loving children, Juan Gonzalez, Mari (Ismael) Cantu, Abraham (Ramona) Gonzalez, Alicia (Gabriel) Ortiz and Marcelino Gonzalez. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren and sister, Enedina Ibarra.

Viewing will be Friday, July 7, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Serenity Funeral Chapel in Edcouch. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, July 8, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Theresa of the Infant Jesus Catholic Church in Edcouch. Interment will be at 2:00 p.m. at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
