Maria Olga Martinez

EDCOUCH-Maria Olga Martinez, 91, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at her Edcouch residence. Maria was born February 10, 1932 to Zacarias Gonzalez and Maria Teresa Salinas. Maria is preceded in death by her parents, Zacarias and Maria Teresa Gonzalez. Maria is survived by her son, Ruben Martinez; daughters, Regina Martinez, Simona Martinez, Rosa Cortez, Maria Teresa Martinez, and Rebecca Martinez; 20 Grandchildren and 19 Great grandchildren; brothers, Zacarias Gonzalez and Clemente Gonzalez; sister, Juanita Gonzalez.
 
Viewing for Maria will be held on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Serenity Funeral Chapels of Edcouch. 

Funeral mass will be at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at St. Theresa of The Infant Jesus Catholic Church in Edcouch. 

Burial will follow at Anahuac Community Cemetery in Edcouch.
