Liza Ramirez was born on January 23, 1971 in Harlingen.

Liza graduated with a high school diploma and dedicated herself to her work as a server at BJ's Brew House in McAllen, where she was cherished not only by her coworkers but also by the many patrons who were greeted by her warm smile and infectious spirit. Liza found great joy in her work, and her kindness will be deeply missed.

A true lover of life, Liza was passionate about her hobbies. She enjoyed watching "Friends," often with the television on 24/7, sharing countless laughs with the beloved characters. A devoted gamer, she cherished her time playing "Zelda," immersing herself in virtual adventures. Liza was also a proud dog mom to her beloved canines, "Moli" and "Bella," who brought her immense joy.

Liza loved the outdoors, frequently visiting the beach and parks, where she would soak in the sun and create cherished memories with friends and family. She was a fun-loving soul, always ready for an adventure or simply a good time with loved ones.

Liza is preceded in death by her loving father Julio Mario Ramirez and her furbaby "Moli"

Left to cherish her memory is her loving mother Esmeralda Ramirez, sister; Julie (Henry) Treviño, niece; Savannah Treviño, nephews; Brandon Treviño and Nathan Treviño. She is also survived by her best friend of 25 years Monica Gonzalez who was her right hand throughout her life.

Family and Friends will gather on Thursday, January 23, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. and a Chapel Service at 7:00 p.m. at Serenity Funeral Chapel in Edcouch. As per Liza's wishes, cremation will follow at a later date.

Liza Ramirez will forever be remembered for her zest for life, her unwavering love for family and friends, and her ability to bring joy to everyone around her. May she rest in peace.
