Juan G. Garcia

EDCOUCH- Juan G. Garcia, 91 went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at his Edcouch residence. Juan was born January 4, 1931 in Montemorelos, NL Mexico to Leonardo and Celia Garcia. He is preceded in death by his parents, Leonardo and Celia Garcia and 5 siblings. Juan is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Rita Garcia; son, Jesus Ricardo Garcia; daughters, Olga G. Rivera, Maria Delia Luna, Maria De Jesus Rodriguez, Juanita Garcia, Margarita Medina, Maria T. Perez and Eliza Garcia. Juan is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren; brother, Luis Antonio Garcia; sister, Maria Elva Camargo.

Family will receive friends, Friday, December 9, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Serenity Funeral Chapel in Edcouch. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at St Theresa of the Infant Jesus Catholic Church in Edcouch. Interment will follow to Anahuac Community Cemetery in Edcouch. Having the distinguished honor of serving as pallbearers are: Leroy Perez, Adam Rodriguez, Miguel Angel Luna, Isaiah Medina, Jacob Rivera and Ricardo Bautista.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Serenity Funeral Chapels of Edcouch.
