Jose Garcia

Mercedes - Jose Luis Garcia, 72, went to be with our Lord on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at Solara Hospital in Harlingen. Jose was born April 20, 1949 to Manuel and Ancencion Garcia, Sr. in La Villa, TX. He is survived by his son, Jose Luis Garcia, Jr. (Traci Perales); daughters, Maria Alicia (Ricardo) Niño, Angelica Maria (Guillermo "Willie") Solis; 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings, Angel Garcia, Manuel Garcia, Jr., Danny Garcia, Bernice Garcia and Francisca Garcia. Jose is preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Ancencion Garcia, Sr.; brother, Jesus Garcia; sister, Andrea Garcia.

Viewing will be Monday, March 28, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Talk at 6:00 p.m. at Cardoza Funeral Home Chapel in Edcouch. Chapel service will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at Cardoza Funeral Home Chapel in Edcouch. Interment will follow to Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Cardoza Funeral Home of Edcouch.
