Horacio is survived by his son, Brandon Medrano and his son's mother, Veronica Rodriguez.
Also surviving Horacio are his father, Horacio Medrano and mother, Maria Elva Bernal.
Horacio is survived by his sister, Mayra E. Contreras and brother-in-law, Arnulfo Contreras.
Also surviving him are grandmothers, Maria Bernal and Elida Medrano.
He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Filiberto Bernal and Alvaro Medrano.
Services
Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, November 30th, from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m Rosary.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 1st, at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in La Villa.
Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
