Francisco Nanez
Harlingen – Francisco Nañez, 63, passed away Sunday, September 1, 2013 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen. He was born October 1, 1949 to Martin Nañez and Maria A. Nañez. He is survived by his wife, Francisca Nañez, sons, Javier Nañez and Isaias (Crystal) Nañez, daughter, Jessica Nañez, brother, Martin Nañez, sisters, Estela (Greg) Hinojosa, Josie (Adolfo) Acevedo and Margarita Sanchez. Also surviving are his two grandchildren, Amanda Marie Zuniga and Joshua Jeremy Nañez. He is preceded in death by his parents, sons, Francisco Nañez Jr., and Juan Daniel Nañez and sisters, Gloria Gomez and Maria Elena Gallegos.
Viewing will be held Thursday, September 5, 2013 from 1 to 9 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Viewing will continue Friday, September 6, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
