EDCOUCH- Abram N. Rodriguez, 56,  passed away Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco. Abram was born February 16, 1968 to Alfonso Rodriguez and Manuela Charles in Donna, TX. 

Abram is preceded in death by his parents, Alfonso Rodriguez and Manuela Charles.

Abram is survived by his wife, Socorro Rodriguez; sons, Abraham N. Rodriguez, Jr., Abram N. Rodriguez, Jesus Rodriguez, Eduardo Rodriguez, and Jacob Brian Rodriguez; stepsons, Antonio Perez, Jr., and Bobby Gene Perez; daughter, Priscilla Rodriguez and Amber Brianna Rodriguez; 8 grandchildren; brothers, Alfonso Rodriguez, Armando Rodriguez and Alberto Rodriguez; sisters, Lorena Castillo, Hortencia Tolento and Elva Charles.

Viewing for Abram will be Sunday, March 3, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary at 5:00 p.m. at Serenity Funeral Chapel in Edcouch. Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 4, 2024 at St. Theresa of the Infant Jesus Catholic Church in Edcouch. Burial will follow to Anahuac Community Cemetery in Edcouch.
